How does Fall Detection work?
We use the device's accelerometer to detect sudden changes in G-force. If a fall is detected, we wait 30 seconds for movement. If none is detected, we alert the Guardian.
What languages are supported?
Currently, we fully support English, Portuguese, and Spanish. The app automatically detects your phone's language setting.
Is the AI listening to conversations?
No. Proxi Insight™ only analyzes numerical data logs (battery, location, vitals). It does not record audio or read private messages.
How do I cancel my trial?
Go to Settings > Subscription > Cancel Plan. You can cancel instantly at any time without penalties.
