1. Subscription & Cancellations

You may cancel your "Family Guardian" subscription at any time. If you cancel during the 7-day free trial, you will not be charged.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your "Family Village" access codes.

3. Limitation of Liability

ProxiSenior is not liable for any delays in alert delivery caused by network failure, battery depletion, or GPS signal loss.
